Wendy currently leads the Youth Development Unit at the National Trades Union Congress, or more commonly known as Young NTUC. She and her team work tirelessly to provide avenues for youths to achieve their goals through platforms such as career-based and cause-based programmes. As part of her job, she often works alongside youth workers, gaining a better understanding of the needs and aspirations of youths.

As an SG Youth Action Plan panellist, Wendy aspires to help youths navigate the different phases of their working lives, from discovering their career paths to securing better career prospects as young working adults.
