YOUTH

In Singapore, youths are defined as aged 15-35 years old. Youths are the future of our nation and an important part of our social fabric. MCCY is committed to championing Singaporean youths who are future-ready and committed to Singapore – youths who have a positive sense of well-being and are guided by good values, feel a sense of belonging to Singapore and actively play a role in shaping Singapore’s future.

Initiatives

Together with the National Youth Council (NYC), we provide opportunities for youths to be heard, to be empowered, and spark change. We want to understand our youths’ concerns and needs for them to seek adequate support which would allow them to achieve their goals and aspirations. We also want to equip our youth with the skills, competencies, and opportunities to contribute to society, and partner the Government to act on issues they care deeply about.
