Swedha, a final-year political science major at the National University of Singapore, finds her passion in music, dance, intersectional feminism, and activism for social change.

She serves as Chief Mentorship Officer of Advisory, a youth-led non-profit organisation dedicated to helping young Singaporeans make informed career and further education choices, as well as a member of mental health collective Your Head Lah!

She is also a grassroots volunteer, and conducts public policy research in her role as a legislative assistant to a Member of Parliament.

As an SG Youth Action Plan panellist, Swedha aims to propose solutions to issues that youths are facing, in particular, mental health. She would like to shift the conversation towards action and substantive policy recommendations.
