Gavin is a Principal Geotechnical Engineer who actively contributes to the community, and is driven to champion youth causes. Not only is he a member of the BCA Young Leader’s Programme, he gives back to his industry by volunteering with the Association of Consulting Engineer’s Youth Profession Connection Executive Committee. In his free time, he also volunteers at grassroots organisations and events.

Gavin hopes that a new paradigm to governance will be formed through the SG Youth Action Plan, particularly the aspect of empowering youths to take ownership of society and lead the way forward. His passion for youth causes include bolstering youth aspirations in the engineering sector, and building a Singapore identity that resonates with youths.
