The second edition of the Singapore-France Malraux Seminar was held on 12 March 2018. Jointly organised by the French Ministry of Culture, Singapore’s Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY), Culture Academy Singapore and the Embassy of France-Institut Français Singapore, the seminar explored how cultural leaders could approach innovation and remain relevant in the 21st century.
