Project Citizens – the First Million by Founder’s Memorial- A call for Singaporeans to contribute their stories of Singapore’s founding generation

Celebrating and safeguarding our rich heritage
Heritage Activation Nodes (HANs)- Empower the community to be involved in the exploration and celebration of our heritage
- Launch of third HAN in Punggol in April 2025
- Inspire greater appreciation, and patronage for local heritage businesses
- Businesses on the scheme can receive support including branding, marketing and consultancy
Connecting Singaporeans over shared experiences
ArtsEverywhere@CDC- To reach a total of 50,000 audience members by the end of FY2025
Realising Diverse Aspirations, Leaving no one Behind

Bringing arts and sports to children and youth
- Reach 100% of government supported preschools by 2027
- Secondary school students can pursue their interest in activities beyond school offerings, and the development of pathways for sports talents will be supported
- SP-CCA will expand to include:
- Canoeing (from 2025)
- Hockey (from 2026)
Providing convenient and affordable access to public sports facilities
Sports Facilities Master Plan- New and rejuvenated sports facilities in our heartlands (Ang Mo Kio, Queenstown, Bedok) with others in the pipeline (Hougang, Punggol)
- Upcoming Integrated Developments in Toa Payoh and Chong Pang
Empowering people of all abilities and ages through sports
Refreshed Disability Sports Master Plan (DSMP)- Drive inclusivity for persons with disabilities to engage in sports
- First 5 Para Sports Community Hubs set up; more by 2030
- Enabling Sports Fund
- To launch in 2H 2025 with target of $10 million by 2030
- Provides funding support for community-initiated disability sports initiatives
- Promote healthy lifestyle and build social connections among seniors through sports participation
- 8-week Combat Age-related Loss of Muscle (CALM) programme offered to Active Ageing Centres (AACs)
- Adaptive sports equipment and training for AACs
Advancing our athletes to their full sporting potential
[NEW] Consolidation of NYSI, SSI and SSP- Consolidating Singapore Sport Institute, National Youth Sports Institute, and Singapore Sports School into a single entity
- Strengthen holistic support for athletes
- Seamless and comprehensive support system for athletes throughout their sporting journey, particularly during youth-to-senior transition and across life stages
- Enhance partnerships with National Sports Associations to foster athlete and pathway development
- Deepen expertise and capabilities of sport scientists in High Performance Sport System
Nurturing the next generation of leaders in the arts sector
National Arts Council Creative Arts Scholarship- For pre-tertiary and diploma studies to support the development of aspiring artists
- New NAC Creative Arts Scholarship for pre-tertiary and diploma studies offered by SOTA, NAFA and LASALLE
- Work with training partners to offer on-the-job apprenticeships and attachments
- Arts Apprenticeships
- Train-and-Attach in Arts programmes
Celebrating and profiling our Singaporean design talent
[NEW] Singapore Design Museum- Exploring the establishment of a new Singapore Design Museum to showcase multidisciplinary local designers
Seeding a Democracy of Deeds

Encouraging Singaporeans to give regularly to those in need
- In the spirit of SG60, to rally each Singaporean adult to contribute to ComChest
- Donations will be matched by Government, to support social services programmes
Rallying support for the arts and heritage sector through matching fund
Cultural Matching Fund (CMF) top up- To encourage philanthropy through dollar-for-dollar matching
- $100 million top-up, bringing the total investment to $600 million
Supporting ground-up initiatives to meet community needs
Our Singapore Fund- Encourage Singaporean citizens to send ideas on commemorating SG60
- Ideas may be supported by Our Singapore Fund
Transforming co-ops to extend their reach to the wider community
[NEW] Singapore Co-operative Movement Centennial - 10 year Transformation Roadmap- Launch consultation with co-ops and stakeholders, in partnership with Singapore National Co-operative Federation, to co-create a 10-year transformation roadmap to:
- Expand the social mission of co-ops
- Uplift the capability and competency of the sector
- Transformation Roadmap will be announced later in 2025
Empower our youths as they navigate an uncertain future
The Youth Charter- Serves as a guide to empower our youths as they navigate through an uncertain future
- 127,000 diverse youth voices on topics of sustainability and the environment, racial and religious harmony, and mental wellbeing
Giving our youths opportunities to share our future
SG Youth Plan- Year-long series of engagement sessions for youths to discuss key issues that matter to youths, and take action for a shared future
- Engagements will lead to an SG Youth Plan – a five-year action blueprint created by youths, for youths, and supported by the whole-of-society
