Programme Overview
The Culture Academy Leadership Programme (CALP) 2019 was a 12-day programme with a class size of 21 participants at Director and Deputy Director level from MCCY’s family of cultural institutions and related partners and agencies. The programme included facilitated discussions, dialogues with senior management of MCCY institutions, political office holders and key personalities in Singapore’s arts and culture sector, interactive peer-learning, personality profiling and also an overseas study trip to the two counterparts of Indonesia – Yogyakarta and Jakarta.
