The Culture Academy Leadership Programme (CALP) 2018 was revised and modules changed to accommodate a director level participant profile in cultural institutions. It aimed to build camaraderie and a common ethos among leaders in the sector. The programme included an overseas component to Penang and Kuala Lumpur to broaden participants' view on culture, and to allow them to appreciate the soft power of culture in strengthening bilateral relations.
