Review of busking scheme

Response on parliamentary question on NAC’s review of the busking scheme.

Oral PQ 4881 Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang: To ask the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth (a) whether the Ministry can provide an update on the National Arts Council (NAC) review of buskers’ feedback on allowing buskers to share busking slots on the busking e-service portal; and (b) when will the finding of NAC’s review be ready.

The National Arts Council (NAC) is presently engaging with the stakeholders, including members of the busking community, in a review of the busking scheme which will be completed by the end of this year. The NAC will share on its review when ready
